Hinsdale Central PTO Student Directory & Dues Order Page
Your PTO is pleased to again publish the 2008-09 HCHS Student Directory.Joining the PTO for $25 entitles your family to a listing in the directory (by student name) and one copy of the directory. Feel free to join the many families who order additional directories for only $5 each.
This year we are GOING GREEN by implementing 100% online ordering. Thank you for your understanding as we undertake this important change.
Instructions for Ordering Your Hinsdale Central PTO Student Directory Completing an order requires two distinct (but easy) steps: 1) Paying and 2) Entering Family/Student Directory Info with Sheer Graphics. Please read the instructions below for Entering Family/Student Directory info carefully. Should you have trouble, check the Troubleshooting recommendations at the bottom or contact us.
Paying
Step 1: Decide the number of directories you would like, from 1 to 5. (Buy Now Buttons are below)
Please Note:
A second household address requires a second PTO membership, payment, and order form.
Step 2: Click the Buy Now Button associated with the number of directories; you will be forwarded to PayPal. Pay there with any credit card or PayPal. Complete the PayPal form and hit the orange "Pay Now" button. (You will receive an email confirmation of your payment from service@paypal.com.)
THIS NEXT PART IS KEY--PLEASE READ:
(a) If you paid using a PayPal account you will be automatically-forwarded – PLEASE BE PATIENT – in around 10 seconds to a sign-in page on our directory printer Sheer Graphics’ website. If you don't get forwarded, click the following link to go directly to the Sheer Graphics Family Info page: http://PrintNotify.com/Go.asp?L=N&P=14515&G=76576.
(b) If you paid using a credit card, you will need to click "Return to Hinsdale Central PTO" before being directed to the Sheer Graphics website.
Entering Family Info
Step 3: You will see two options: "New to our Site" and "Returning Customers". Sign in. Important: If you have placed an online order for a HCHS, Butler, or HMS Directory in the past, you are considered a “Returning Customer”. For new customers, you'll need to set up an account first, so enter parent info in this first screen. Step 4: Click "Send Files and Orders" Tab Step 5: Select "Hinsdale Central PTO Data Entry Form 2008/09" Step 6: Read Instructions and complete the form on the Sheer Graphics website
Troubleshooting Link: there are two steps to ordering: Paypal then Directory info on the Sheer Graphics Website. We have had some trouble with the link from PayPal not always working properly, so if that is the case, you can complete your input using the following link (do not go back into PayPal). You need to complete this step in order for your student to be listed in the directory.
If a different name is used in PayPal than in Sheer Graphics, we will need to manually match your orders. Just let us know.
Troubleshooting VISA/MasterCard: A few customers have reported trouble trying to get VISA MasterCard transactions to take the first try. We are told that either doing a computer reboot or trying later has solved this problem in most cases.
The absolute deadline, in order to be included in the Directory, is September 5, 2008. We would appreciate your help by providing us with your order prior to the September 5th date. Directories will be mailed in early October, 2008.
